This scenario is the prisoner's dilemma I mentioned a couple of days ago btw  It's one of the things I study at university. The downside is that I know for a fact there's no way of predicting an optimal solution... |

Well, we can start with the fact that it would make no sense for the other team to go for the vote multiplier because even with it they will never win.
